Why do we have asylum seekers in Britain?

The UN rules say that you should seek asylum in the first safe country you come to. Technically then, Britain should only received asylum seekers from French and Irish people. It is not correct to have an Iraqi, Sudanese, Afghan or whatever travel through Germany, Holland and France to then claim asylum in Britain. That is blatant economic migration. QED: There can be no true asylum seekers in Britain and they should be immediately turned around at our borders if they do not have permission to enter the country.
