How can i get a degree in nutrition and physical education?

i would like to teach ppl how eat right and stay healthy. it saddens me how many obese ppl there are just in the US. many of my family members are diabetics and i'm prolly the only one healthy because i'm always active playing sports. how is it possible for me to major in both? since some cles go hand in hand would i be doing myself a big favor taking them all so it won't take as long while in school? i'm a big fan of sports and also would like to help ppl eat better. is this combo any good? would i b able to make a good living as well? any help would be appreciated.
