I need to ask a simple question?

Why can't Yahoo have a simple "Email Us Now" on to click? I need to report a problem with my online chat and have wasted nearly 30 MINUTES trying to find out how to contact about this to get it straightened out and still haven't found a way to send Yahoo an email which is how I wound up here! Looks like all this "We're making Yahoo easier to use" is just a load of crap. Geez, give me a break!
