Santana Moss or Desean Jasckson Week 1?

Who should I start week 1 in a league that doesn't count return yards only return TDs? I have a feeling that Moss could have a better year being McNabb's num 1 target but Jackson is always so explosive! Moss is usually good vs cowboys right?
