Do you think a 198 on the PSAT will qualify for National Merit commended?

I just got my scores back, and i received a 198, which is the 96th percentile. i know i have no chance for semifinalist, but i was wondering if i would get commended? i really, really am crossing my fingers that the cutoff will be a little lower this year cuz i heard it's usually 200+.
