Why is crack almost revered as a god in the getto ?

yeah... drugs are a social problem. the only way to reduce their use is to make reality better for these people. promoting one drug over another is probably not the answer. people need to have goals in life. money needs to be invested in programs to support parents and kidsin poverty and provide them with incentives to compete with those who are better off. there will always be problems where inequality exists regardless of whether alcohol or drugs are used.
