Julio Cesar Chavez Overrated fighter?

He was a very good fighter with over 100 wins I know there were a lot of fighters in the past that could have beat him but you have to give him credit. It was not his fault Taylor could not or did not follow the Refs instructions to steep forward with only two seconds left in the fight that he was clearly winning.He fought and beat everyone they put in front of him.
