Is this to much to ask a girl out?

What I want to do is ask her out by playing Everlong by the Foo Fighters on my acoustic guitar and sing it as well. But since I don't know if thats to much even though thats how I feel about her. (BTW I am a Freshmen in Highschool, but I think I might be in love with her.) I know she is a huge fan of the Foo Fighters but I don't know personally how she feels about this song. And If she does like it I want to be sure that I play it for her because I really want her to say yes, and that to me is a good way to do it. But do any of you (guys or gals) think that might be a little to much?
