How to start an internet based Company?

Im a freshman of highschool. Yea, I'm pretty stupid, my average right now is a C. However, I can understand alot of concepts really quick. I know alot, but I screw up so bad- well, I just fail. Back to the topic, with my current position. What does it take to start a company like Apple? Now, don't mock me for choosing such a prestigious company like that to make such a humble simile with, but what does it take? I really want to make things and gaze back into the years I've used to create them. Its probably the only adhesive that sticks a smile to my face and the only thing that makes my mood shine auspiciously. I know HTML, CSS, LUA, learning PHP, learning JAVA. I really want to create a website and start it off from there, then start creating my little computer and care for it like a slowly growing elm tree. Please sympathize, help please? Thnks tuu allleh!
