Help whats wrong with me?

this morning i threw up, (looked like lots of spit with snot) just if u were curious and i had a minor headache, loads of discharge like as if i peed myselfe, stuffy nose/runny nose and a sore throat and i was havin a cough attack like every 20 sec. i would be coughing my brains out so i ate half a burger and i took some asprin and went to bed for 3 hours and i was really cold so i put on huge pj pants and a shirt and a sweater and a huge feather blanket so after like another 2 hours i get up sweating and hot as hell so i get up and im crying god knows why and i try to get outta bed but i can barely stand up my muscals were so sore i couldnt even open the door so i just outta nowhere i start crying again from fustration and im freezing but my body really warm and im starving but will not eat and still having a sore throat, stuffy nose/runy nose, discharge, minor headache, and cough attacks ohh and my face is totally pale but my cheeks are very pink and warm what can this be please help me
