Help... want to lose 5.5 pounds ( 2.5 kgs ) need advice!?
currently i weigh 57.5 kgs, im eating 1400 calories a day, i work out 5 days a week doing cardio and strength training, on the days that i work out i burn approx 300 calories which would put me in a 800 calorie deficit, is that ok or too much?
