Christians, I have a good question for you?

Many of you say that humans are imperfect and sin because God originally created us perfectly, until Eve ate from the tree of knowledge. Here is the contradiction: If God truly created perfect and sin free beings from the start, wouldn't it be impossible for us to have the capacity to sin and become imperfect since we were made in a perfect God's image from the start?
